- All guests must provide identification card in order to check in. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the reservation, with no option to request compensation or any financial compensation for payments already made.
- Reservations made by minors under 18 years of age are not accepted. Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
- Payment for the total stay will be made before or upon arrival, depending on the conditions of the rate you have chosen.
- A bank card number must be provided as a deposit or a deposit of €100* must be paid upon check-in (in case of damage or excessive dirt) which will be returned upon check-out once it has been verified that the apartment is in the same condition as when it was handed over.
- The latest time to leave the apartments on the day of departure is 11:00 a.m. and the keys must be handed over to Reception. If you wish to check out after 11:00 a.m., please contact Reception one day before your departure in order to check availability. If your departure time is outside Reception hours, please contact Reception in order to tell you where to hand over your keys. Loss of keys or failure to return them will incur a surcharge. Remember to check the entire apartment before your departure so as not to leave any belongings behind
- Our reception hours during the high season are from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00 every day. The reception hours during the low season are from 10:00 to 14:00 every day except Sundays when it will be closed. - Please lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartments.
- The management of Apartamentos Calma is not responsible for items not deposited in the safe. You can rent the safe in your apartment at Reception*.
- Cleaning service is provided 5 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week (every 3 days) and bed linen once a week (every 7 days). If you require any additional changes, there is an additional charge. If you wish, you can opt out of the cleaning service during your stay or reduce the number of days.
- Found or forgotten items will be stored for a period of 60 days, after which they will be donated or discarded.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the apartment may only be used by the number of people indicated in the booking confirmation. This may not exceed the number assigned and planned for each apartment.
- Unless otherwise agreed, visits to the apartments are not permitted as the facilities are for the exclusive use of registered clients.
- For the safety of our clients, there will be security at the premises, and identification may be requested if necessary. Please do not be bothered by this; we are only looking out for your well-being.
- The apartment must be kept in perfect condition during the duration of the stay.
- The Calma apartments are a place designed for rest and tranquility. You may not engage in activities that are annoying (parties, loud music, noise, etc.), harmful, dangerous, illegal or any activity that violates the usual standards of coexistence, morality, decency and public order.
- Rest hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. During this time, silence is requested. (Remember that the bedrooms face the corridors, please respect the rest of others).
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments, but you can use the balcony for smoking. Please do not throw ashes or cigarette butts out of the balcony.
- Pets are not allowed in the common areas, in the apartment facilities, or in the apartments.
- For health and hygiene reasons, feeding cats and pigeons is not permitted.
- The person making the reservation and its occupants are responsible for compliance with the following rules and/or conditions. In the event of any non-compliance, the management of Apartamentos Calma will have the right to immediately evict the holder of the reservation and his/her companions from the apartment and its facilities, without the option of requesting compensation or any financial compensation.
