Reception hours during high season are from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and
from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. every day. Reception hours during low season are from 10
a.m. to 2 p.m. every day except Sundays when it will be closed.

For the air conditioning to work, the balcony doors must be
closed. To turn it on, press the switch located under the air conditionig.If you are
not going to be in the apartment, please DO NOT leave it on.

9.30am to 7pm. To access the pool area, please
remember to press the button on the right.

If you find something that doesn’t work properly or that you don’t
like in your apartment, let us know so we can find a solution.

 You can rent your apartment’s safe at Reception.

The apartment includes a set of keys. Please do not lose them, in case of
loss you will be charged €20 per key. If you wish, you can ask for a second set of keys
at Reception with a deposit. On the day of your departure you must return them to
Reception. If your departure time is outside Reception hours, please contact us to tell
you how to proceed.

We recommend to reserve a date for its use.

We have numerous items that you can borrow such as beach towels,
hair dryer, kettles, iron, kitchen utensils: cups, wine glasses, peeler, and much more.
Do not hesitate to ask for what you need if you do not find it in your apartment, if we
have it available we will deliver it to you as soon as possible. For some items we may
ask for a deposit that we will return to you when you return the item. Beach towels
also have an extra cost until you request a new one.

Cleaning service is 5 times a week. Towels are changed twice a week
and sheets once a week. Additional towel and bed linen changes are available for an
additional fee. If you wish, you can opt out of the cleaning service during your stay or
reduce the days. If you do not wish this service, you can put up the do not disturb sign.
If you put up the sign and change your mind during the morning, please let Reception
know so we can check if cleaning is possible. If you leave your towels on the shower
floor on your “no change” days, we will change them for you, but please note that this
will incur an additional fee. The use of bathroom towels at the pool or beach is
strictly prohibited. You can rent towels for the beach and pool at Reception.

Please remember to check the entire apartment before your
departure so as not to leave any belongings behind. Found items will be stored for a
period of 60 days, after which they will be donated or disposed of.

Please lock the doors and
windows when leaving the apartments.
