Terms and Conditions

With the sole aim of offering all our customers the most pleasant stay possible and not leading to future misunderstandings.

ATTENTION: In order to offer the best possible guarantees of safety and hygiene in the face of COVID_19, we have established and implemented a comprehensive action plan. For this reason, some services and facilities have been limited or are not available, causing some accommodation conditions to change.

Protocol based on the order SND / 399/2020 of May 9, 2020 of the Ministry of Health in collaboration with the ICTE (Spanish Institute of Tourist Quality)
  • All guests will need to provide an identity document to check-in. The lack of this will mean the cancellation of the reservation, without the option to request compensation or financial compensation for any of the payments already made.
  • No reservations made by under 18’s will be accepted. All children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
  • The total payment of the stay will be made before or upon arrival. * Covid19 action plan: Payment by credit card 48 hours before check-in to avoid the manipulation of cash and credit cards.
  • The reservation holder must provide a credit card number as a deposit or pay a cash deposit of 100€ at check-in (in case of damage or excessive dirt). This will be refunded upon departure once it is established that the apartment is in the same condition as it was delivered.* Covid19 action plan: Payment by credit card 48 hours before check-in to avoid the manipulation of cash and credit cards.
  • Check-out is 12:00h and keys must be left at Reception. If you wish to check-out after 12:00h, please contact reception at least one day in advance of your departure in order to check availability. Late check-out includes an additional charge: Late check-out 15:00h: 12€ or until 18:00h: 20€. If your departure time is outside of reception hours, please contact reception in advance in order to inform you where to leave the keys. An extra fee of 20€ will be charged for the loss of keys or failure to return them to the Reception. * Covid19 action plan: The check-out time wil be one hour before, at 11:00 a.m., while the check-in time continues at 4:00 p.m. in order to comply with the new cleaning measures in the apartments.
  • Please note that our Reception hours are from 10:00h to 13:00h and 16:00h to 18:00h. Outside these hours please contact us on +34 634 089 603 / +34 666 379 507 / whatsapp +34 650 241 502 * Covid19 action plan: Reduced Reception opening, exclusively for key collection and prior appointment.
  • We politely ask that when you leave the apartment, please close all doors and lock all windows for security reasons.
  • Calma Apartments is not responsible for the loss or damage of items that have not been stored in the safety-deposit box. You can hire the safe in your apartment from Reception. Price: 1,50 €/ day +5 € key deposit. *Covid19 action plan: All the services offered by the Reception will only be available through instant messaging (whatsapp), email and / or by appointment.
  • The housekeeping service is 5 times a week (every day except Wednesdays & Sundays. Towels are changed twice a week (every 3 days) and sheets once a week (every 7 days). If you require additional bed linen, extra towels or more frequent changes this can be done for an additional charge. Change/extra linen: 4.50€ p/p. C hange/extra towels: 1.50 € p/p. *Covid19 action plan: During the cleaning or maintenance service of the apartments, guests will not be able to be found inside. A cleaning schedule will be established to facilitate compliance with the protocol. If you wish, you can waive the cleaning service during your stay.
  • Is not allowed touse the towels, or any item from the apartment for the swimming pool or beach. We have towels beach and other items for the swimming pool or beach that you can borrow at the Reception.. *Covid19 action plan: All the services offered by the Reception will only be available through instant messaging (whatsapp), email and / or by appointment.
  • Please note that when using the aircon (AC), the balcony doors must be closed in order for it to work.
  • The apartment, unless otherwise agreed, may be used only by the number of people stated in the booking confirmation. This may not exceed the number assigned and provided for each apartment.
  • Visitors are not allowed, as the facilities are for the exclusive use of registered clients.
  • For the safety of our clients there will be surveillance in the facilities, and it may request identification if necessary. We kindly ask you not to be bothered by it; We only look out for your good.
  • The apartment must be kept in perfect condition for the duration of the reservation.
  • Calma Apartments is designed to be a place to relax in tranquility, therefore please do not disturb other guests with your activities (parties, loud music, excessive noise etc are prohibited). The use or possession of illegal substances and partaking in any dangerous or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
  • The hours of rest are 22.00h. to 9.00h. Within these hours we ask you to respect others by reducing noise levels and no visitors are allowed. (Please note that the bedrooms overlook the hallways so please do not disturb other guests if you arrive early/late)
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, however it is permitted on the balcony. Please do not throw cigarette butts off the balcony.
  • Pets are not allowed in the common areas, in the apartment facilities, or inside the apartments.
  • The person making the reservation and all occupants are responsible for compliance with the previous standards and/or conditions. In case of violation of any of the above, the management of Calma Apartments has the right to immediately evict the reservation holder and their companions from the apartment and its facilities, with no option to request the refund of any deposits or payments or any additional financial compensation.
